What matters to you
Even though the Centre is a group setting, your support is built around you. We work with you to plan activities, review goals, and adapt support so you’re doing what matters most to you, not just what’s on the timetable.
We use My Brain Star, a simple, visual tool that helps you evaluate different areas of your life, identify where additional support may be needed, set goals and track ongoing. This is about your journey, your progress, and what matters most to you.
